Tecnolegno contributed to the success of the collection promoted by the Food Bank during the Milano Food City, a week dedicated to initiatives regarding the world of food, where Tutto Food took place. «Milano Food City ended with great results for the Food Bank: 8.321 Kg of gathered and distributed food to those most in need» commented Andrea Giussani, president of the Food Bank Foundation.
Tecnolegno realized and donated to the Food Bank the containers used for the gathering which took place at the end of Tutto Food. On Thursday May 11th, the volunteers of the Bank who went around the stands were able to gather more than 53 quintals of food and donated it all to the exhibiting firms.
This initiative represented a grat occasion to raise awareness of the hunger, a theme that regards also the city of Milan. During the week, the effort was gathering food and distribute it to the organizations that take care of the last.
